Project Managment

When you sign a contract with us, we will provide a project timeline based on your requirements. We will mutually agree on the tasks, durations, and deliverables prior to signing the contract. Project management techniques we apply will ensure the tasks for your project are completed on time. Changes to the project requirements can be submitted via your project webpage, which will drive a re-negotiation of the timeline.

Configuration management

We practice configuration management and version control on all source code and project documentation. Our Concurrent Version Systems (CVS) repository is backed-up to an offsite server on a daily basis.

Defect management

While we make every effort to minimize the number defects during development of your software by using our advanced development process, bugs are inevitable. To be sure we are informed of any defects immediately and that we respond quickly and accurately, we have installed a Bugzilla defect tracking system.
